Blinz Jewels' Lifetime Upgrade Policy applies to all IGI or GIA-graded diamonds purchased from our store. We are dedicated to supporting our customers beyond the initial purchase, offering a lifetime of service for eligible products. If you wish to upgrade your diamond at any time after your purchase, we will provide a credit of the original diamond's cost minus a restocking fee*, which can be applied toward the purchase of your new diamond.
Terms & Conditions
- The policy applies to any IGI or GIA-graded diamond purchased from Blinz Jewels for $1,000 or above.
- The cost of the new diamond must exceed the cost of the original diamond.
- There is no limit to the number of times you can upgrade your diamond.
- A credit of the original diamond’s cost minus a 25% restocking fee will be provided and applied toward your new purchase.
- The original diamond must be in its original condition, undamaged, and unaltered, along with the original diamond grading report.
- Any diamond deemed altered or damaged during verification will not be eligible for an upgrade and will be returned to the customer.
- The upgrade policy applies to loose diamonds only and excludes any mounting or settings. If the diamond is set in jewelry, it must be removed prior to returning the diamond for the upgrade. Diamonds in settings will not be accepted.
- Only the original purchaser may trade in the diamond. This guarantee is non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned to another person or entity.
How to Upgrade
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at blinzjewels@gmail.com to initiate the upgrade process.
- Ship the Diamond: Ensure the diamond is securely packaged and accompanied by its original grading report.
- Verification: Once we receive and inspect the diamond, we will notify you of the credit amount and assist you with selecting your new diamond.
- Complete the Purchase: The credit will be applied toward your new diamond, and any remaining balance must be paid to complete the upgrade.
